CBERS to host live stream of TEDMEDLive 2014

The Louisiana Tech University College of Engineering and Science, and Center for Biomedical Engineering and Rehabilitation Science (CBERS) will partner with the internationally renowned TEDMED to present free access to a live streaming of the TEDMEDLive2014 event, “Unlocking Imagination in the Service of Health and Medicine.”
The TEDMEDLive event is scheduled to take place in the Wyly Tower Auditorium from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on September 10 and 11, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on September 12. The event will include more than 70 talks from health and medicine experts in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, Cal.
TEDMED is the independently owned and operated health and medicine edition of the world-famous TED Talks, which have been viewed worldwide more than two billion times. It is focused exclusively on health and medicine, and is dedicated to bringing together extraordinary people from all walks of life and blending unique yet complementary ideas and perspectives.
